Dinner for Eight
Do you want to meet new people? Would you enjoy doing it over dinner? If the answer is yes, this is a great group. Members meet monthly (October to May) in groups of eight. Each month, the groups change and host duties are rotated. Each host couple is responsible for arranging a mutually convenient date and time, and providing the main course, vegetable and beverages. Each guest provides either appetizer, salad, or dessert as agreed with the host. Contact Teresa Glover (803-493-5145)
Ladies Lunch
Meets 2nd Thursdays at 11:30 a.m. for lunch at a local restaurant. Sign up at the monthly Newcomer Club meeting, after which notices will be sent via e-mail announcing when and where the luncheon will occur. Suggestions for eating places are also appreciated. Contact Karen Hublou (944-0418)
LUNCH BUNCH
It’s a tradition for newcomers to go out to lunch after the monthly meeting. A different restaurant will be chosen each month – many of the restaurants will be open for business just for newcomers. Sign up at the Newcomer Club monthly meetings. Look for a lady with a chef’s hat.
